Requirements
- Strong customer service background required (corporate, hospitality, or concierge experience highly preferred)
- Prior security experience in a professional environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate lobby
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid security license (if required by state regulations)
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests entering the facility
- Deliver high-level customer service consistent with a corporate environment
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of all access points
- Verify visitor credentials, issue badges, and manage check-in procedures
- Support corporate staff and executives with directions, assistance, and information
- Maintain a calm, confident presence during busy periods or unexpected situations
- Document daily activity, incidents, and visitor logs accurately
- Enforce building policies while maintaining a service-oriented approach
- Communicate effectively with security leadership and building management
