About The Position

Northern Pharmacy is looking for a kind, empathetic candidate to join their family-run business. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to patient care, passionate about exceeding expectations, and possess a "never say no" attitude to provide convenient and accessible healthcare solutions. As the Lobby CSR, you will assist patients in finding the right Durable Medical Equipment (DME) products, process orders (cash and insurance), and help customers navigate healthcare complexities. The company will provide training on products, services, and advocacy for patients.

Nice To Haves

Experience/understanding of basic medical terminology is a plus but we can teach you this

Responsibilities

Making recommendations on equipment, answering questions about our products, and making sure patients have everything they need.
Managing and setting up new accounts in Bright Tree (our customer database).
Performing Intake and Order Processing
Communicating and following up with customers regarding the progress of their orders.
Ring up customers at the register
Smiling kindly and providing excellent Customer Service
