Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Lobby Bar Server Assistant to provide dining support at their vibrant and active restaurant, the Lobby Bar. This role involves assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness, delivering food, and communicating with the restaurant chef. The Lobby Bar offers drinks, imaginative appetizers, and sweet specialties. Requirements

1 –2 years of Food & Beverage experience
Strong food knowledge
Possess strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist the server in providing an expertly served dining experience
Clear and reset tables according to standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line
Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description
Communicate fluidly with the restaurant chef
