About The Position

This role involves cleaning and maintaining lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas. The Lobby Attendant is responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout these areas, responding to guest needs, and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
• Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.
• Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
