About The Position

Bring your passion for hospitality to Caption by Hyatt, Nashville, proudly managed by HRI Hospitality. This role involves cleaning and maintaining lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas. The Lobby Attendant is responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout these areas, responding to guest needs, and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Hospitality environment experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
  • Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
  • Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.
  • Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
  • Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
