About The Position

The DoubleTree Downtown seeks an energetic Lobby Attendant to join the housekeeping team. This description is a summary of primary responsibilities and qualifications. The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked weekly.

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills.
• Continuous movement, including bending, lifting, and carrying light objects.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and aesthetically pleasing lobby.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area, including furniture, fixtures, and decor.
• Regularly sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a pristine and inviting entrance.
• Keep seating areas, magazines, and other amenities organized and well-presented for guest enjoyment.
• Monitor and promptly address any spills or messes to uphold a clean and safe environment.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide helpful information with a courteous and friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless coordination in cleanliness.
