About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Lobby Attendant to create a welcoming environment for our guests and visitors. The ideal candidate will be attentive, courteous, and capable of providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first impression of our establishment.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous in all interactions
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
  • Provide information about the facility, services, and local area as needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception area
  • Manage guest inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Handle phone calls, reservations, and appointment scheduling efficiently
  • Monitor security and safety protocols within the lobby area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management
