About The Position

The beautiful Hilton Chicago, in the heart of the windy city, is currently hiring a Lobby Ambassador to join our talented team! Located on South Michigan Avenue and overlooking Grant Park and Lake Michigan, this hotel offers 1,544 guest rooms and suites, 234,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and exceptional dining options. As a Lobby Ambassador, you would be responsible for greeting guests and providing various types of assistance to guests during their stays in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with directions and information
  • Respond to guest questions in a timely, friendly and efficient manner with accurate and appropriate information
  • Ensure knowledge of hotel and local information including, but not limited to directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, events, reservations, etc.
  • Field, respond to and resolve guest concerns, issues and complaints
  • Identify and communicate the need to improve the appearance of the hotel lobby
