The Role: The Lobby Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and colleagues entering the facility. This role is dedicated to creating a welcoming and professional environment by providing exceptional hospitality, clear communication, and prompt assistance. The Lobby Ambassador ensures that every guest and colleague feels valued, respected, and well-supported from the moment they arrive until their departure.
