About The Position

The Loaner Coordinator provides excellent customer service by fulfilling loaner requests from the sales team and our customers. This position will work with a team of individuals to exceed customer expectations. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Sales, the loaner team provides support to the sales team and our customers. Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Up to three years of customer service experience
  • Willing and able to respectfully identify, raise and resolve issues getting in the way of providing excellent service to customers
  • Strong affinity for Agiliti’s core competencies
  • Demonstrated ability to follow ISO certified quality management system processes.
  • Understand Agiliti’s Quality Policy and applicable objectives/metrics
  • Excellent listening skills

  • Possess the ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying packages for shipment
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hand and arms
  • Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Understanding of surgical equipment service capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn company specific programs

Responsibilities

  • Provides full coverage (phone, email, electronic) during shift for loaner requests from sales team and customers.
  • Documents all loaner requests, fulfillments, and declines in the loaner asset management application.
  • Prepare documentation, including packing slip for all fulfilled orders.
  • Prepare packages for shipment to the customer
  • Facilitate retrieval of loaners from Sales team and Clients.
  • Processes loaner returns to the respective department and works with the operations team to ensure loaner availability.
  • Restocks inventory maintaining accurate inventory location and count.
  • Assist with quarterly physical inventory count of all assets.
  • Perform other duties as required
