About The Position

BMW of Raleigh has an outstanding opportunity for a Loaner Car Coordinator to join their team and the Holman family! This role is responsible for coordinating the cleaning and fueling of loaner vehicles, ensuring proper documentation for loaner contracts, and acting as the lead administrator for TSD loaner car software. The coordinator will also prepare loaners for early morning appointments and escort customers to their vehicles, explaining any pre-existing damage and fuel levels.

Requirements

High School degree or equivalent
Understand the use of windows, office, email and have general familiarity with various PC based programs.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with valet to have loaner vehicles cleaned inside and out prior to loaning to customers
Make sure loaner vehicles are filled before loaning them out.
Ensure loaner vehicles are checked in properly for damage and fuel usage prior to customer leaving the service center.
Responsible for ensuring proper documentation requirements are met for all loaner contracts.
Be the lead administrator for TSD loaner car software.
Ensure loaners are lined up and ready for the early appointments in the morning.
Escort customers to the vehicle, perform a walk around, cover preexisting damage, and fuel levels.
