About The Position

BMW of Silver Spring is immediately hiring a customer-focused Loaner Advisor to support our Service Department and deliver a premium customer experience. This role is responsible for managing the courtesy loaner process, assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and performing cashiering duties.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to read and interpret procedural and safety documents
Basic proficiency with MS Office, computers, internet use, and general math

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments
Greet customers and verify loaner reservations and agreements
Manage the courtesy loaner vehicle process from check-out to return
Communicate with customers regarding loaner availability and questions
Assign vehicles, inspect conditions, and assist with fleet management
