Responsibilities
- Coordinate loaner/rental cars to clients in a courteous and prompt manner
- Complete loaner/rental contracts thoroughly and accurately
- Provide a great delivery of the vehicle, to include inspection and explanation of operation and accessories
- Assist in maintaining inventory of loaner/rental vehicles
- Answer and route service calls
- Stage cars for delivery to customers
- Coordinate with Service Valets on gas in loaner vehicle and car wash
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify all vehicles have current registration
