About The Position
Alliance Dealer Solutions is hiring Loaner Agents for our automotive dealership partner. This role offers fantastic opportunities for advancement and promotion! As a Loaner Agent, you play a vital role in the dealership, ensuring that loaner vehicles are presented in pristine condition and ready for customer use. You will assist in managing the loaner vehicle fleet, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the loaner vehicle area, and providing exceptional customer service. Demonstrating friendliness, attention to detail, and safe driving techniques are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- 18 years or older.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure vehicles are presented in pristine condition.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to ensure clear and friendly interaction with customers and team members.
- Professional Appearance: Neat and professional appearance is required.
- Reliability: Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Experience in a similar role can be advantageous but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all loaner vehicles are clean, presentable, and in excellent condition for customer use.
- Safely move loaner vehicles to their designated locations, including the service area, customer pick-up zone, or return area. Record the location of each vehicle and ensure keys are stored properly (never in your pockets).
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival, managing their loaner vehicle needs and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the loaner vehicle area, including picking up trash and debris.
- Prepare loaner vehicles for customer use, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
- Perform visual inspections of loaner vehicles for any damage and report any issues to the service manager.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of loaner vehicle documentation, including logs and usage records.
- Check in and inspect all loaner vehicles when returned to dealership.
- Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the loaner vehicle program and dealership.
