Loan Support is responsible for providing support for commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer loans, throughout the entire loan process. This individual will work directly with Loan Officers and Loan Processors and other support teammates to help process and close loans, providing assistance to complete each loan file per company policy and current regulations. This individual will prepare preliminary documents, disclosures, and closing documents within required regulatory timelines. This individual may work with attorneys, abstractors, appraisers, insurance companies, closing companies, or customers to field questions, gather financials, or any other information needed throughout the loan process, involving all aspects from start to finish. Exceptional service must be provided to customers, Loan Officers, and any other parties involved throughout the loan process. This individual should have the ability to exercise extreme organization, multitask, and have a strong comfort level working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines when required. This individual should be able to work both independently and with a team as needed. Other duties may include scanning, ordering, or processing documents such as paid notes, credit reports, verifications of employment, payoffs, releases, tax transcripts, insurances, ESCROW changes, setting up ATA/ACH payments, collateral building and tracking, and more. Loan Support answers customer questions in person or on the phone and may cross-sell products and services that may fit customer needs. All staff members work Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
