About The Position

This is an in-office position, 5 days a week, located in Logan, Utah. The ideal candidate for the Loan Specialist position will have the skills and experience necessary to process construction loan endorsements, prepare payoff quotes and assist with loan payoffs, review and prepare loan files for modification, assist with modification funding, provide support for insurance monitoring, maintain accurate documentation and records, provide cross-functional coverage as business needs require, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Banking, lending, loan servicing, or construction lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process construction loan endorsements.
• Prepare payoff quotes and assist with loan payoffs.
• Review and prepare loan files for modification.
• Assist with modification funding.
• Provide support for insurance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Provide cross-functional coverage as business needs require.
• Other duties as assigned.
