As a File Management Loan Specialist, you will support the 6 affiliated banks by servicing the commercial and consumer loan portfolios. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing the original executed loan documents. You will aid partners regarding inquiries related to the original documents processed and filed and participate in projects and audits as needed.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of banking and lending processes, especially relating to loan documentation and account maintenance.
- Interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Prioritization and time management skills to complete work and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail to deliver top quality work.
- Ability to solve problems by researching and analyzing information.
- Comfortable using various Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) or similar software.
- Customer service skills.
- Some previous banking, loan processing, documentation, servicing or other directly related experience.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
