About The Position

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide clerical support to the mortgage, installment and commercial lending. This role is with a community bank established in 1887, emphasizing core values of respect, ownership, community, strength, and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly proficient with current technology including Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Some college education or degree in a related field
• Prior experience in the banking industry

Responsibilities

• Scan loan files
• Manage homeowners insurance
• Manage Flood Insurance
• Process paid loans and prepare mortgage discharges
• Manage Real Estate Tax for escrow and non-escrow loans
• Prepare annual escrow analysis
• Track final title policies
• Provide loan processing support as necessary
• Set up ACH
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Adheres to Range Bank Policies & Procedures
• Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and cyber security awareness
