About The Position

Assign and Review loan boarding, loan servicing request. Review and Approve loan boarding/funding. Process SBA Serviced Participation/Un-guaranty sold loans booking. Process un-guaranty sold loan payments. Process Construction & Multi Advance loan disbursements Process complicated Loan Servicing Requests (Charge off, SAD related servicing, non-accrual etc.) and Review/Approve simple Loan Servicing Requests (system/Code changes, change of address, ACH/Auto payment setup, etc.) Process SBA servicing (1502 report, repurchase, part note booking, 10-day notification of payoff to FTA, etc.) Process demands, payoffs, and paid off loan processing including collateral release. Review and Approve loan payment. Review UCC continuation Review Director reports and B/A (Business Analytics) reports Review Daily Non-Post accounts /GL balance/ research outage in general ledgers and loans Solves moderately complex operational issues regarding procedures, processing, and systems. Perform as a senior liaison for problem recognition, research and resolution that require some research and investigation. Making corrections and troubleshooting problems with any type of loan specs, integration specs, products specs, and data descriptions Conduct training covering system, any new release or enhancement. Assist manager with department and bank projects including planning, testing, validating, vendor communications and cross-training, etc.
