Requirements
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a professional office setting
- High school student or diploma or currently enrolled in a college, or technical program
Nice To Haves
- Interest in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
- Prior office or customer service experience helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Scan, Index, and upload completed loan files to cold storage.
- Identify key documents as needed (ex: original loan notes).
- Prepare paper files for destruction upon confirmation of successful electronic storage.
