About The Position

Assist department personnel in completing daily loan servicing duties including processing, updating, filing and maintenance of any incoming documentation pertaining to all bank loans. Provide customer assistance; to both customers and FFBT staff.

Requirements

  • Responsible to Loan Servicing Manager for the fulfillment of functions assigned
  • Will have contact with customers and FFBT staff on a regular basis
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Strong communication and phone skills, confidentiality and basic computer skills are desired

Responsibilities

  • Distribute interoffice mail
  • Scanning-remove specific documents from post-scanning packages and organize
  • Implement account maintenance and changes on loans and corresponding notes
  • Maintain new note log
  • Financial Statement tickler updates
  • Process Credit Life & Disability Insurance transactions
  • Update & maintain participation wire spreadsheet
  • Process AgriAccess transactions
  • Balance General Ledger Accounts, daily
  • Assist with projects and reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
