About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing by listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions. The position is onsite and scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed, which may include Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and multitask to meet changing demands while providing timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, while achieving individual and branch goals.
• Build new customer connections and maintain existing relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a goal-oriented attitude and drive to achieve.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and customer options so customers understand them.
