About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain help customers access financing by listening to their needs and offering friendly, fast, and affordable loan solutions. The role involves working in a competitive environment where individual effort contributes to personal and branch goals, with opportunities for professional development and advancement. Compensation includes an annual salary plus incentives.

The position is onsite and is scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Some extended weekday hours may be needed, and the schedule may include Saturday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing demands to provide timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement while achieving individual and branch goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle, offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive, a goal-oriented attitude, and a passion for achievement.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products and ensure they understand their loans, terms, and options.
