About The Position

The specialist supports customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations. They communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems, and explain loan terms and optional insurance products so customers understand their choices.

The position is on site and is scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Extended weekday hours may be needed, and the schedule may include Saturdays. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Present tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring an achievement-focused, goal-oriented approach to the role.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options.
