About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access financing for life’s expenses by listening to their needs and providing friendly, fast, and affordable service. The position is on site and scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Some extended weekday hours may be needed, and work may include Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement while achieving individual and branch goals.
• Build new customer connections and maintain existing relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle, offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring a goal-oriented attitude and internal drive to achieve results.
• Explain optional insurance products and clearly inform customers about loans, terms, and available options.
