Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service, ideally in a goal-driven or commission-based environment.
Bilingual (Spanish).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, guiding them through the loan lifecycle and presenting tailored financial solutions that support both customer needs and sales objectives.
Own the full loan lifecycle, including repayment and collection activities, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Engage customers across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and internal systems—to maximize outreach, connection, and sales opportunities.
Demonstrate a goal-driven, achievement-focused mindset, consistently striving to exceed performance metrics and contribute to branch growth.
Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they fully understand loan terms, features, and available benefits, supporting cross-sell and product penetration goals.
