Loan Review Funding Coordinator
About The Position
The Loan Review Funding (Income) Coordinator is responsible for reviewing customer income documentation and communicating with retail stores. This role involves carefully reviewing income documentation to ensure guidelines are met, identifying any indication of fraudulent information or customer misrepresentation, and calculating monthly income potential. Attention to detail and strong math skills are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work well with people, and a team-player attitude. Candidates must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Training will be provided.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday with shifts between the hours of 6:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- Available to work every Saturday.
- Attention to detail is key.
- Math skills are important.
- Great communicator, whether by phone, email or in person.
- Must be great with people, and a team player.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be competitive, we are a metrics-driven environment.
