In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing charged off loans to determine the most effective method for maximizing financial recovery. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Demonstrated knowledge of loan recovery or workout functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Computer Applications

Nice To Haves

• Experience in credit operations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Analyze charged off loans to determine the most effective method for maximizing financial recovery
• Negotiate with customers or their representatives to establish repayment terms
• Monitor adherence to terms of repayment terms to ensure resolution
• Support legal department by providing delinquency information in preparation of lawsuits
