About The Position

This is a full-time, onsite career opportunity based out of our Administrative Services Center location in Lancaster, PA. Responsible for ensuring the integrity impacting borrower, financial and regulatory coding of the loan accounting system data after loan boarding of all new loans and modifications. Completes review of loan documentation to ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations and policies, rejecting those that do not comply. Determines applicable system coding based on a review of loan documentation. Confirms, tracks, and monitors corrections to the loan system.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: Does not apply at this level of education. (Required)
  • 2 or more years Banking. (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Following loan boarding, analyzes loan documents and application system to determine applicable core system coding.
  • Performs review of escrow processing including setup and maintenance.
  • Ensures adjustable rate data and participation records are accurate if applicable.
  • Reviews system changes for accurate input and updates to system for modifications and index rate changes.
  • Ensure the integrity of the loan accounting systems by conducting a second review of all critical loan data fields. These critical fields would include both customer and bank financial regulatory reporting information.
  • Identify issues and ensure corrections to the loan accounting system.
  • Provide detailed explanations to boarding team to ensure accurate correction of coding.
  • Monitor responses from boarding employees.
  • Track errors to be corrected by boarding team employees.
  • Identifies repetitive issues to be addressed by management.
  • Communicates with other departments to resolve questions or issues concerning documentation or system coding.
  • Reviews system ticklers to ensure changes required on adjustable rate loans, regulatory coding changes, and payment changes will create automated notifications on required dates.
