About The Position

We are looking for a Loan Processor / Mortgage Operations Specialist who can manage loan files from intake through closing with a high level of accuracy and ownership. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure deals move forward efficiently. You will be expected to operate independently, identify gaps, and keep transactions on track. The ideal candidate has strong domain experience in mortgage or lending operations and can step in with minimal training.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years experience in loan processing, mortgage operations, or lending support
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and processing workflows
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in U.S. mortgage, lending, or real estate financing
• Background working in high-volume or fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with loan processing or CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Manage loan files from application through closing
