Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of related experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to travel as business needs require

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end loan processing support, which includes underwriting assistance, ordering applicable services, and preparing accurate loan documentation.
Build and maintain loans within our core system, ensuring all data is complete and correct.
Prepare and perfect collateral liens to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with appropriate resources to assist in resolving customer inquiries and providing timely updates regarding loan status as needed.
Assist with the coordination of loan closings and funding, ensure that all loan fees and invoices are processed.
Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
