The technical procedures are well-defined, and the processor understands how their duties integrate with the team and the broader organization. They exchange moderately complex information and may handle occasional awkward contacts. Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies is required. The role involves applying research, information gathering, and analysis skills to factual information, using judgment based on practice and precedence, and selecting the best course of action from defined options while understanding the consequences. This position requires specialized functional area skills and knowledge of a specific product set, working under limited supervision. The processor will manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring data integrity, reviewing loan files for procedural compliance, ordering necessary documents, following up with vendors, communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction, and clearing prior-to-close conditions. They will partner with underwriting on complex issues, review the Closing Disclosure with the customer, and organize/service production output. The role involves resolving complex issues and performing complex servicing activities under limited supervision, working on complex projects, and occasionally mentoring lower-level processors. A key aspect is assessing risk and demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation, clients, and assets by adhering to compliance, policy, and ethical standards.
