About The Position

The Loan Processor is responsible for pre-screening credit reports, ensuring the accuracy and privacy of customer information, and coordinating with sales representatives to meet customer financing requirements. This role involves verifying and submitting customer applications to a variety of lenders to secure funding and reviewing loan files to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of banking or lending experience preferred.
Expertise in banking or similar consumer financing products.
Understanding of Salesforce.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong numerical abilities and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm with a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the Finance Manager to assist in achieving company-specific goals.
Gather client data and evaluate credit reports to assess eligibility.
Review loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.
Organize paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve company objectives.
Provide high-quality service while ensuring compliance with servicing agreements, government regulations, and company policies.
