Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Mortgage Processor
- Experience with Conventional, Jumbo, Construction-to-Perm, Bond, Renovation and Government lending programs
- Wage Earner and Self-Employed income calculation experience is required
- Encompass experience
- High School Diploma
- Advanced Computer Skills

Responsibilities
- Processes conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Bond, Jumbo, Construction-to-Perm, renovation loans and brokered loans.
- Provides high customer service, communicating often and accurately with borrowers and other professionals.
- Exhibits high ethical and compliance standards.
- Manages time effectively and demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Ensures all deadlines are met, including contingency, closing, and lock expiration.
- Builds strong relationships with Sales Partners, Underwriting, and Closing peers.
- Reviews and analyzes credit files, including income, assets, contract, and disclosures.
- Calculates various income types: wage earner, SSN, Disability, Schedule C Self Employed, Complex Self Employed with multiple businesses, Dividend & Interest income, Capital Gains income, P&L income, Multiple property rental income.
- Manages a target caseload of 32 - 37 loans.
- Possesses effective problem-solving skills.
