About The Position

As a Loan Processor III, you'll play an important role in helping our lending team deliver exceptional service. You'll work behind the scenes to ensure loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations while supporting both our members and fellow team members.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of financial institution experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing outstanding member service while maintaining compliance

Nice To Haves

  • Lending experience or knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Processing consumer, mortgage, and business loan documentation from application through closing
  • Maintaining loan records and processing paid loan files
  • Preparing loan documents and coordinating lien filings, automatic payments, and related documentation
  • Assisting members and employees with lending questions
  • Reviewing loan files for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinating with title companies, insurance providers, and appraisal vendors
  • Supporting mortgage disclosures, funding activities, and reporting requirements
  • Researching and resolving processing exceptions to ensure timely loan completion
  • Assisting with business loan reviews, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting
