This role involves ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act- Anti Money Laundering, OFAC, US Patriot Act, Privacy Act, and Community Reinvestment Act. The officer will attend trainings and meetings, adhere to the Bank’s loan policies and procedures, and actively participate in community affairs to identify needs and enhance CRA activities. Key responsibilities include closing loans, following up on loan covenants, managing insurance requirements, preparing loan reports, ordering credit and title reports, and preparing/reviewing loan documents. The role also entails verifying authorized signers, maintaining credit files, responding to loan inquiries, monitoring loan documentation timeliness, administering loan disbursements, processing data changes, preparing various loan reports, and preparing loan files for audits. Additionally, the officer will administer past due loans, including preparing notices and requesting demand notices to attorneys, review department expense invoices, order supplies, and comply with the Bank’s security program. A focus on growing customer relationships is also expected.
