About The Position
The Loan Partner provides operational support to ensure efficient daily workflow within the branch. This role manages email communications, helps maintain lead and database systems and follow-up activities, and supports branch operations through organized communication and documentation collection.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in managing priorities and meeting established deadlines.
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft programs (Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Take all incoming calls to the team line.
- Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-up calls for all closed loans.
- Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with pre-approved clients.
- Assist in collecting, uploading, and labeling documentation.
- Assist with basic application setup.
- Trigger and manage CRM automations.
- Available to work varied hours, including overtime, as needed.
