Commercial Bank & Trust is looking for a Loan Utility Clerk to join our Loan Operations team in Paris. As a Loan Utility Clerk, you'll play an important role in supporting our lending team and helping our branches provide exceptional service to customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is always ready to lend a helping hand.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming Loan Operations emails and routing requests to the appropriate team members.
- Organizing and electronically filing loan and mortgage documents.
- Preparing documents needed for collateral releases.
- Processing and recording state and county documents.
- Assisting with quality assurance on Synergy maintenance.
- Cross-training in multiple Loan Operations functions to provide backup support when needed.
- Assisting with Board reports as assigned.
- Supporting front-line associates by providing timely, accurate assistance so they can better serve our customers.
- Looking for ways to improve efficiency and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Completing required training and following all bank policies and security procedures.
