Northview Bank, a family-owned community bank since 1908, is seeking a Loan Operations Servicing Specialist in its Finlayson office. The primary role of this position is performing assigned tasks within a centralized loan servicing team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
Knowledge of Windows based software
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Operates a PC and standard office equipment

Nice To Haves

2-years of bank experience preferred

Responsibilities

Utilizes computer tickler system for insurance, recorded mortgages, final title policies and lien cards
Files all real estate mortgages and mortgage extensions accurately and efficiently, either electronically or at the proper county
Follows up with customers for lien cards ensuring the perfection of titles for vehicles used as collateral
Prepares satisfactions of mortgages and partial releases of mortgages and sends them to the appropriate recorder, title company or customer
Sends paid notes to customers and purges paid loan files
Indexes, boards and checks back all portfolio and secondary market loans
Services Fannie Mae portfolio in accordance with Fannie Mae servicing requirements
Perform ongoing loan maintenance as requested
Obtains all required loan file information and ensures that the file is properly documented on an ongoing basis
