Requirements

Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of banking, loan operations, or lending support experience preferred.
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, functions, PivotTables, charts, data validation, and data analysis.
Strong Microsoft Word skills.
Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and debit and credit entries.
Excellent analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professionalism, tact, and a service-oriented attitude.
Ability to follow directions and work well with others.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Jack Henry, IBM Cognos Analytics, or Foxit PDF is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and validate reports for Loan Operations, Lending Functions, and the Board of Directors.
Review data and reports for accuracy, research discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
Serve as a resource for reporting, data analysis, and Loan Operations questions.
Research and recommend new reports and process improvements to support better decision-making and efficiency.
Manage assigned collateral insurance payments, correspondence, and exception reporting.
Prepare insurance-related reports, spreadsheets, invoices, waivers, and supporting documentation.
Process collateral loss, accident and health, and death claims as applicable.
Assist with internal and external audits and examinations.
Participate in departmental projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
Provide backup support for Loan Operations functions as needed.
