About The Position

This role is for forward-thinking Loan Officers who are tired of traditional business-building methods like cold calling and relying solely on real estate agent referrals. The leadership offers a different approach by helping Loan Officers build their business through innovative strategies. This includes connecting Loan Officers with investor opportunities, specialty financing, advanced technology, AI-driven tools, and unique strategies designed to create opportunities proactively. The focus extends beyond traditional transaction financing to providing investors with certainty of execution, offering something more robust than a standard Proof of Funds. The leadership is actively working on identifying and connecting with investors, and is looking for Loan Officers who are curious, entrepreneurial, coachable, and open to thinking differently about building their business. While prior experience with these specific methods is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. The opportunity is presented as a chance to move beyond the traditional mortgage business model.
