About The Position

Integrity Home Lending, a company highly ranked in customer service, is seeking Loan Officers. They are looking for sales-oriented individuals who can leverage their existing network, maximize the company's lead sources, and significantly increase their earnings. Ideal candidates are energized, motivated, demonstrate integrity, are receptive to new sales strategies, disciplined, fearless, and possess a strong will to win. Strong customer service and follow-up skills are essential. This is a full-time role for salespeople aiming to earn $100K+ annually, with the flexibility to work either in-office or remotely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales
• Possess character traits: Integrity, Disciplined, Fearless, Will to Win, Pipeline Builders, Prospecting Pros, and a desire to push to become a better version of yourself
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors
• Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• 4-year degree preferred
• Experience working internet leads a big plus
• Realtor, Builder, Accountant, relationships are helpful
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
