The ideal candidate is a sales-driven individual ready to leverage their network and the company's lead sources to maximize their earnings. They are looking for full-time "5 Star Salespeople" who aim to earn $100K+ per year and are open to working either in-office or remotely.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and follow up skills a must
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors
• Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience working internet leads
• Realtor, Builder, Accountant, relationships are helpful
• 4-year degree preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
