Requirements
- 2+ years of recent origination experience with a consistent, referral-based book of business.
- Active NMLS license and full SAFE Act compliance.
- Mastery of loan programs, secondary marketing, and federal/state regulations.
- A fast-paced, competitive mindset with a focus on white-glove customer service.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and originate mortgage products to exceed your individual production goals.
- Cultivate a referral network of agents, builders, and professionals to keep your pipeline full.
- Analyze financial data and advise clients on the best Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA options.
- Collaborate with our elite processing and underwriting teams to get files to the finish line fast.
