About The Position
Ripco Credit Union is seeking a motivated Member focused Loan Officer to join their collaborative lending team. This role is an opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping members achieve their financial goals while working in a collaborative, community-focused environment. The Loan Officer will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by guiding members through the lending process, leveraging their expertise to analyze, process, and make sound lending decisions while building strong, long-lasting member relationships.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities
- Partner with members to evaluate and process consumer loan applications
- Analyze financial information to make informed lending decisions
- Deliver exceptional member service throughout the loan process
- Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services
- Maintain strong relationships while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations
