Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, build rapport, and understand their full financial situations.
  • Analyze customer financial situations to provide the most appropriate financial solutions.
  • Take inbound calls.
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls.
  • Perform basic computer skills and data entry.
