About The Position

Integrity Home Lending is hiring Loan Officers who are energized, ready to rule the world, and want to be well compensated. We are looking for sales people who enjoy working in a motivating team environment and are searching to become the best version of themselves. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity in everything they do, takes direction well, is open to new sales strategies, and possesses a disciplined, fearless, and winning attitude. Experience working internet leads is a big plus, as are established relationships with realtors, builders, and accountants. Strong customer service and follow-up skills are a must. This is a full-time position for 5-star salespeople who want to work either in the office or remotely and earn $100K+ per year.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
• Integrity, Disciplined, Fearless, Will to Win, and a desire to push to become a better version of yourself.
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors.
• Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working internet leads is a big plus.
• Realtor, Builder, Accountant, relationships are helpful.
• 4-year degree preferred, but not required.
