Loan Officer - SBA
About The Position
Our client is part of a regional bank holding company with an office in Dallas, Texas that also has offices all over the Midwest. They are looking for an SBA Business Development Officer with 3 to 5 + years’ experience and strength in new business development to focus on loans mainly in the $1 – $5 million range. They will also look at someone with banking background who is good at sales and wants to break into the SBA world. This is the ideal job for someone who is interested in growing with this mid-sized community bank group that is already a leader in the SBA business in multiple states across the country. This position pays a base salary plus an aggressive tiered incentive package which pays out on a percentage of deals booked.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 + years’ experience
- Strength in new business development
- Banking background who is good at sales (for candidates wanting to break into SBA)
