About The Position

Assist the Mortgage Loan Officer in communication with borrowers, and gathering of third party documentation. The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) will assist the LO in contacting the borrower through phone, text, and email, serving as the front-line communication for borrowers. The heaviest amount of work with the file is completed in the first three statuses. The LOA will still be tagged in the file and cc'd in all emails until the file funds. They may need to assist further down the process of the file if asked to do so. This role involves gathering all borrower documentation, such as paystubs, tax returns, and mortgage statements.
