About The Position

We’re hiring a Mortgage Loan Funding Closer to help finalize home loan transactions accurately and on time. In this role, you’ll review closing documents, clear final conditions, and approve the release of funds. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Review signed loan closing documents for completeness and accuracy
• Cross-check details to ensure everything matches loan terms and requirements
• Confirm loans meet company and investor policies before funding
• Clear any final “prior to funding” conditions
• Authorize the disbursement of loan funds
• Use systems like Encompass, Excel, and Word to track and manage files
• Stay alert to required consumer disclosures and compliance standards
