About The Position

The Loan Documentation Specialist will be responsible for preparing files for commercial and consumer loans, reviewing and understanding title commitments, and understanding legal entities and their requirements for loans. This role also requires understanding commercial loan documents, collateral, and how to perfect security. Additionally, the specialist will scan and index documents and must be proficient in using multiple software programs. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of banking regulations, commercial and consumer loan documents
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to handle high volume workloads
• Must be able to work independently and problem solve effectively

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products is preferred
• High degree of typing accuracy preferred
